Toby Rowland, Oklahoma City Anchor/Reporter

Toby Rowland is highly recognizable as a sports anchor and the face of Oklahoma high school sports coverage having started with NEWS 9 in Oklahoma City in 1999. But in 2009, Toby also became the voice of the Sooner sidelines when he became the game day sideline reporter for the University of Oklahoma football radio broadcasts.

Toby Rowland continues to be an active player on the OKBlitz.com team, anchoring sportscasts and hosting many of the Friday Football Blitz high school football season broadcasts in Oklahoma City and writing and producing a special news/sports series called "Off The Bench."

A graduate of Southern Nazarene University, Toby Rowland has been honored with numerous accolades from his peers. He has won the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters award for "Best Sportscast" in 2004, the Society of Professional Journalist award for "Best Sports Reporting" in 2005, an Emmy for the 2005 Orange Bowl Blitz and an Emmy nomination in 2000. During his time away from the camera, Toby hosts a local radio sports show called "T-Row in the Morning Show."

Toby enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, their two boys, Trevor and Payton, and daughter Chloe.
